History:

Hailing from a family of togepi lines, Takako was an only child to a pair of young parents. They lived near a city for a while until one night changed the comfort of that house. Her house was robbed by first time robbers and in the struggle one accidentally killed her father. Not wanting any witnesses the second robber killed her mother. The whole time Takako was hidden by her mother in a small crawl space by the steps. Upon coming out she found her parents gone. She took what she needed and ran away not wanting to see the scene longer.

A bit after she made a "home" in an abandoned hut. While she lived there she would do what she could to get food, whether it be odd jobs or simply stealing food from unattended carts. For the time, Takako did what she had to to live on her own and in the process she made friends with a Mightyena named Rikuyo. The little girl looked up to her and eagerly would follow her where ever she might have gone or at least tried. She took up performing after watching some in Rikuyo's caravan.

The little girl took ribbons she took and made her own Ribbon sticks. As she got older the girl taught herself the best she could. Still wanting to be like Rikuyo, Takako joined a moving caravan leaving her old life behind. Through it she improved and learned more from the many people with in the caravan. Over the years she missed Rikuyo and the few others she meet in her home country but always kept the hope one of them would be in the next town they visited. In one of there stops it landed her in Scorched Mountain after the disaster struck to cheer up some of the villagers. Liking the town more and hearing stories from performing members, Takako made her stay. She was eager to learn from the other performers in the town and collaborate with them if they liked.

She'll talk about someone named Yumie, but if asked, the bird will quickly pull out a small male Joltik. Takako still doesn't know it's a boy.
